Summer is coming to an end and it is with great pleasure that we invite you to take part in our annual general assembly that will be held Sunday, August 29th at 10:00am at the Montcalm Community Center located at 33 Route du Lac-Rond Nord, Montcalm, Qc, J0T 2V0. Participation will also be possible over Zoom. The General Assembly is open to all members of the association. It will be possible to renew your membership at the assembly.

4. Report from President and Vise President
5. Report from treasurer
6. Adoption of minutes from 2020 general assembly
7. Adoption of updated and formalized constitution for the association (rule 2021-01 of the association) 
8. Ratification of board decisions

10. Adjournment

COVID measures for General Assembly

As of today indoor gatherings of up to 25 people are permitted on condition that masks are worn. People will be required to sign a registry in case they need to be contacted after the event. Since the capacity is limited we encourage people who have good internet access to join us by Zoom. Please do not come to the general assembly in person if you are feeling sick, have been exposed to someone who is sick, are not vaccinated or are at risk.
